Without their help and Gianforte’s commitment to organic farming, this beer would not be what it is.\u003cbr\u003eDictator is a mainstay in our saison portfolio and takes 10 to 12 months to produce start to finish. It spends 6 of those months in wine barrels, followed by a minimum of another 3 months bottle conditioning. More tart than Passing Time and Wandering Bine, Dictator boasts big wine-like aromas and stone fruit flavors.
