As you might expect from the name, Hopslam is the most complex hopping Bell’s concocts in a beer, polished off by a large dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops. The result is a beer that’s refreshingly hoppy, with intense and floral grapefruit, mango and earthy pine notes, quite malty with lingering honey through the finish.
