Dragon’s Milk Reserve Triple Mash is an American Imperial stout aged for one year in select bourbon barrels after three separate mashes. The flavors of Dragon’s Milk – chocolate, roasted malt, vanilla and oak – are all amplified in a way that still allows for balance and refinement to shine through. It pours so dark you can barely see through it with a slim tan head. Nose is very boozy with dark malt and roasted coffee. Taste is thick, bitter and sweet. Molasses towards the end, followed by warmth.

It all started when two friends in Michigan believed that their hometown and the brewing industry were due for a shakeup. Brett VanderKamp and Jason Spaulding grew up together in Midland, Michigan, and later attended Hope College.
