A beer-wine hybrid style, aged on oak with our house mixed culture followed by fermentation on locally-sourced whole apricots from Bittner Singers Orchards near Lake Ontario. Champagne-like carbonation. Best drunk fresh for bright fruit character, but will be good to cellar for up to 3 years. Recommended for sour beer and juicy beer lovers alike.
