Make the transition from summer to autumn with our German-style Festbier. Festbier is about gathering, togetherness and boisterous celebration. We love it, and we love the culture that surrounds it.
Far Between clocks in at just under 6% ABV, only marginally stronger than most of our lagers. It’s light in color, bone dry, smooth, with enhanced malt character that matches its strength, and just enough classic German Hallertau Mittlefruh hops for balance.
Of course, it’s got that characteristic Threes foudre character, the result of one month aging it in oak in our 30-barrel lager foudre. This gives just enough time to get wood on the aroma, a subtle amount in the flavor, yet not enough to distract from the base beer. A heady brew we recommend you enjoy in .5L or 1L mugs outdoors.
