An homage to the Belgian Singles and Blonds brewed by Trappist monks, The Tower is an easy-drinking, GABF Bronze medal-winning ale that lets the lively character of Belgian yeast shine. Notes of light fruit, kiwi, and ripe plantain mingle with gentle spice atop a balanced malt and hop foundation, leading to a smooth, crisp finish.
The Tower also tells the first part of St. Barbara’s story. According to legend, Barbara’s pagan father, Dioscorus, locked her in a tower to protect her from the influences of Christianity. She requested three windows to bring light into her confinement—a detail that remains symbolic in depictions of St. Barbara today. Third Window is named for St. Barbara’s story, and through The Tower and our Abbey-style series, we honor both her legend and the city that bears her name.
