Thought Experiment Apricot is our next release in a series of sustainable fruited beers. By “sustainable”, we mean brewed with second-use fruit. It meshes great fruit flavor with aged saison (you can still taste the Table Beer) and culminates in a seltzer-like, low ABV beverage with champagne-like effervescence.The fruit came from our last Eternal Return Apricot release, giving this unfiltered beer its lightly jammy apricot flavor. Don’t freak out if you find some in your glass; it’s part of the fun. We love these beers so much that we decided to release a Peach version also. You’re welcome.
