Thought Experiment Strawberry is the latest flavor to debut in our series of sustainable fruited beers, alongside Thought Experiment Nectarine. By “sustainable”, we mean brewed with second-use fruit. In this instance, they’re strawberries originally used in Eternal Return Strawberry, sourced from Samascott Farms in Kinderhook, NY.
Thought Experiment beers were designed as a series of easy-drinking beverages that blur the line between saison and fruit beer. While Eternal Return Strawberry exhibits luscious strawberry flavor with slight funk and proper tartness, Thought Experiment Strawberry flexes fruit character in a lighter, spritz-ier package.
