Cnoc Na Moine, translating to “Hill of Peat” in Gaelic, is the third installment in Torabhaig Distillery’s Legacy Series. This limited-edition single malt marks a significant milestone as it is the first release from Torabhaig to incorporate sherry casks, specifically Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez, alongside traditional bourbon casks. Bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration or added coloring, it showcases the distillery’s evolving approach to maturation.

• Nose: A harmonious blend of gentle peat smoke, citrus zest, vibrant fruits, and a faint echo of smoldering ashes. Underlying notes of vanilla sweetness and freshly cut oak add depth.
